Fibe (formerly EarlySalary) filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a ₹750 Cr fresh issue and an over 4 Cr share offer-for-sale. TPG is the largest selling shareholder, offloading up to 1.17 Cr shares. Proceeds will fuel NBFC EarlySalary Services Pvt Ltd operations.
