YouTube Adds Episodic Shorts Series

At its Made On YouTube event, YouTube announced Shorts Series, letting creators organize Shorts into TV-style seasons and episodes with custom thumbnails and continuous playback. It rolls out to YouTube Partner Program creators on web, mobile and connected TVs, competing with microdrama apps like TikTok's PineDrama, ReelShort and DramaBox.
