Bending Spoons Restructures Vimeo After Deal

Bending Spoons acquired Vimeo for $1.38 billion last year and has since fixed over 100 bugs and delivered 50 improvements by May 2026. The company cut jobs in December 2025, retaining sales and support teams while Bending Spoons engineers took over operations. They expanded supported languages from 7 to 99 and added AI captioning tools.
