AWS acquires DuckLabs for DuckDB analytics

AWS agreed to buy Amsterdam-based DuckLabs, the developer of open-source analytical database DuckDB. The deal closes next month, keeping DuckDB open-source under the DuckDB Foundation. DuckLabs' team stays in Amsterdam, led by co-founders Hannes Mühleisen and Mark Raasveldt.
