Anthropic Appeals Pentagon AI Ban

Anthropic filed a petition on Tuesday asking the full federal appeals court to rehear a 2-1 ruling from 25 September that upheld a Pentagon designation labeling it a supply-chain risk. The company argues the decision was retaliation for its speech about AI safety, citing a parallel finding by a California judge in August.
