rustup 1.29.1 deprecates implicit active toolchain installation, adding warnings. rustup doc gains a --serve flag for local HTTP docs. Installing i686-pc-windows-* host toolchains on 64-bit Windows now requires --force-non-host. rustup-init no longer leaves files after cancelled installs, and aarch64-pc-windows-gnullvm is now a supported host platform.
