SpaceX launched two Falcon 9 rockets 38 minutes apart on Saturday, Aug. 15, setting a new record for the shortest time between orbital flights. The first liftoff from Cape Canaveral carried eight Globalstar satellites to low Earth orbit, beating the old mark by 27 minutes.
