Moonshot AI Raises $500M Series C at $4.3B

Moonshot AI closed a $500 million Series C led by IDG Capital, which invested $150 million. Alibaba, Tencent, and Meituan co-founder Wang Huiwen oversubscribed the round. The company is now valued at $4.3 billion with over 10 billion RMB in cash reserves. CEO Yang Zhilin said funds will expand GPU infrastructure for the K3 model.
