VCs chase deeptech; Flipkart seller penalties

Venture capital firms are shifting toward deeptech, with Omnivore in talks to invest in robotics startup Perceptyne, which signed a term sheet for $10 million from Premji Invest at a $50 million valuation. Flipkart will charge sellers Rs 30-60 per shipment for late dispatch or cancellation, and Rs 90 if both occur.
