AbbVie's biggest deal since 2019 could land soon

AbbVie is closing in on a $10.9 billion cash deal to buy Apogee Therapeutics, a roughly 60% premium to Apogee's share price. The biotech has no approved drugs and is years from its first launch, an unusual target for AbbVie. An announcement could come as early as Monday.
