Samsung's 2nm HBM5 chip promises 50% faster speed

Samsung applied its 2nm process to the HBM5 base die for a 50% speed improvement over HBM4E. The chip uses Gate-All-Around technology and denser through-silicon-vias. Mass production of first-gen 2nm chips has already begun.
