iOS 27 adds independent volume controls

iOS 27 lets iPhone users adjust ringtone, alarm, and alert volumes independently, a feature Android has had for years. Users can disable the Match Ringtone Volume toggle in Settings > Sounds and Haptics to access separate sliders. Apple did not announce this at WWDC 2026.
