The Bombay High Court ruled that duty-free shops at Mumbai airport must follow Indian law, upholding a ban on imported Zyn and Fox nicotine pouches. Authorities banned them on April 2 for lacking licences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. The court rejected the argument that outbound travellers were exempt and asked CDSCO to decide if the pouches are drugs.
