Stop runtime threats with Workload Protection response actions

Datadog Workload Protection now kills or isolates threats at runtime via automated Agent rules or manual response. Actions require elevated permissions, target precise PIDs and cgroups, and are timestamped for audit. The Agent terminates processes from user space and kernel, using eBPF filters for isolation.
