EU ratings show the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra achieve 49:10h and 51:00h endurance using 4,800 mAh and 5,000 mAh batteries. The Fold8 Ultra improves roughly 20% over the Fold7's 40:28h rating and 4,400 mAh battery. Samsung is reportedly adopting Si/C battery technology.
