Texas mayors split over $10 billion AI data center

Infrakey purchased 520 acres next to Ross, Texas for a $10 billion AI data center campus with nearly 1 gigawatt power capacity. Mayor Jim Jaska and Mayor Charles Wilson, former coach and student, now oppose each other over the project. The unincorporated land leaves Ross with no authority to stop or shape it.
