Chat SDK adds message subjects and direct SDK access

The Chat SDK now exposes message.subject, which resolves to the parent issue or pull request when a bot is mentioned in Linear or GitHub comments. The GitHub, Linear, and Slack adapters expose their underlying platform SDKs for direct API calls. The previous.client getter remains as a deprecated alias.
