Canada, Ukraine Sign Drone Deals Worth $50M

On Sept. 10, the Canadian and Ukrainian governments signed four deals to advance drone access and manufacturing. The agreements include the Defence Drone Initiative Marketplace, a procurement platform for the Canadian military and coast guard. Six Canadian companies, including Draganfly and Volatus Aerospace, will receive initial contracts worth up to $50 million to support the framework's development.
