Mozilla's llamafile project released v0.8, adding support for the latest open models and major CPU inference performance improvements. The release includes tinyBLAS, a new linear algebra library that simplifies NVIDIA GPU acceleration without requiring CUDA installation on Windows. Llamafile is now one of Mozilla's top three most-favorited GitHub repositories.
