Google Tests Orbital Compute with SpaceX Launch

Google successfully launched a prototype orbital compute satellite, built by Planet Labs, aboard a SpaceX rocket. This flight tests a Google Tensor Processing Unit in space, a crucial step toward Google's vision of large-scale, low-latency compute clusters in orbit around Earth.
