Anthony Belford, 21, faces federal cyberstalking charges for creating fake social media accounts to distribute AI-generated nude images and racist messages targeting a Georgia college student. The harassment continued after the victim transferred schools. Belford was arraigned June 10 on one count of cyberstalking.
