Oura postponed its Nasdaq flotation, which would have valued the smart ring maker at $15bn, citing uncertainty in the IPO market. The company had planned to raise up to $2.2bn at $40 to $44 per share. CEO Tom Hale said Oura can choose its moment. Nuclear firm Holtec also delayed its listing this month.
