Cardano holders are asked to approve a proposal for Toto Finance to spend 22 million ADA, roughly $5 million, buying tokenized copper by Nov. 15. The plan requires copper prices to rise 49.4% to recover the treasury's investment, using nearly half of the remaining 500 million ADA withdrawal allowance.
