Samsung Lockdown mode gets new toggle

Samsung added a toggle in One UI 9 beta 4 that lets users disable Auto-Lockdown when opening the power menu via the Quick Settings shortcut. The physical side button still triggers Lockdown mode automatically. The change follows beta 2's integration of Lockdown mode into the power menu.
