Smart #2 files in China ahead of Paris debut

The Smart #2 completed China's MIIT regulatory filing, moving closer to launch. The all-electric two-seater, built by Geely's Zhejiang Haoqing, has a 60-kW motor, CATL LFP cells, and 140 km/h top speed. It debuts at the Paris Motor Show in October.
