Apple sues OpenAI over trade secret theft

Apple filed a 41-page trade secret lawsuit against OpenAI on Friday, alleging a coordinated effort to extract confidential information from current and former Apple employees. The complaint describes messages like "LOL, I found out I can access the [network storage], so funny" and claims OpenAI advised departing employees not to sign exit documents. Apple says it first contacted OpenAI in February but received no response.
