Amazon has appointed Kevin Mandia, founder and former CEO of cybersecurity firm Mandiant, to its board of directors. Mandia, who sold Mandiant to Google for $5.4 billion in 2022, was awarded 4,086 shares of common stock valued at about $1 million.
