Fiat Brings the Tiny Topolino EV to America

Fiat has launched the all-electric Topolino in the United States as a low-speed neighborhood vehicle. Starting at $13,995, the two-seat EV offers 46 miles of range and a 19 mph top speed. Buyers can choose standard or open-air Dolcevita versions. A conversion kit to raise speed to 25 mph arrives by summer 2026.
