Judge assigned to Apple's OpenAI trade secrets suit

U.S. District Judge Edward Davila will oversee Apple's lawsuit accusing OpenAI of using stolen intellectual property. Apple sued OpenAI in early July, alleging ex-employees Chang Liu and Tang Yew Tan stole confidential information. Apple seeks an injunction, damages, and royalties.
