Apple acquires PlasmaSolve for product roadmap

Apple agreed to acquire PlasmaSolve, a plasma simulation software maker founded in 2016. The EU-required filing reveals Apple will hire certain PlasmaSolve employees. PlasmaSolve's MatSight software simulates plasma-based processes like ultra-thin coatings, which could support Apple's upcoming designs including the foldable iPhone Ultra.
