Model synthesis beats Fable 5 at half cost

DigitalOcean Inference Engine launched model synthesis, a server-side tool that orchestrates multiple open-source models. An all-open-source panel of GLM 5.2 and Kimi K2.6 scored higher than every single model tested, including Fable 5, at about half the cost per task.
