A 25×25 WLED matrix uses a camera to detect people and draw rainbow outlines in real time. Python, OpenCV, MediaPipe, NumPy, and sockets send frames via DDP/UDP. The prototype runs on a Mac, with an ESP32-P4 planned for on-device processing.
