$10bn US-Philippines AI hub with 99-year lease

The US-backed AI and supply-chain hub in the Philippines carries a $10bn initial investment and a proposed 99-year lease to the United States. Joshua Bingcang, leading the Philippine side, said Manila aims to sign an initial agreement with the US State Department this year. The 4,000-acre site near Clark is the first facility under Pax Silica.
