Khanna unveils Data Center Bill of Rights

Rep. Ro Khanna introduced a "data center bill of rights" giving communities the right to reject data centers. The resolution bars construction within 2,500 feet of homes and schools, and preserves state moratoriums. Khanna said hyperscalers are "losing the country" over utility and water concerns.
