Roost, a "slow-cial" app by Logan Mendelsohn, sends messages at real bird speeds, taking hours or days. Users choose birds like falcons or hummingbirds. The app grew from 10,000 to 100,000 users in three days after a viral Threads post. It now approaches 300,000 users.
