Pixel phones are silently ignoring incoming calls

TL;DR Pixel owners are reporting a problem where incoming calls just don't ring. Google is aware of these reports, but has yet to issue any advice. It's possible that users may find relief by changing a few Phone app settings. Smartphones are excellent little rectangles, keeping us connected with instant messaging, entertaining us all day long, informing us of the latest news, and so, so much more. For all they're capable of, sometimes it's easy to lose sight of the fact that these devices are still phones at their core. Recently, though, some Pixel owners have been struggling with basic voice.
