A leaked pitch shows Flock Safety proposed sharing dashcam data from Nexar, whose cameras are used by rideshare and delivery drivers, to read license plates from moving vehicles. The August 2025 pitch to Georgia's Attorney General would have added over 350,000 vehicles to Flock's network, quadrupling its reach without drivers' or riders' consent. The deal never closed.
