Intel ships first High NA EUV logic chips

Intel became the first company to ship high-volume logic chips using ASML's High NA EUV lithography. Select layers of the Panther Lake processors on the Intel 18A node are now dual-qualified for 0.55 NA scanners. The milestone was announced by ASML.
