Windows 11 update causes boot and BitLocker failures

The June update KB5094126 for Windows 11 is causing boot failures, blue screens, and BitLocker recovery loops on some devices. The update patches around 200 security vulnerabilities but may fail on systems with small EFI partitions. HP and Dell business devices are among those affected.
