Ford CEO Warns Against Chinese Cars in US

Ford CEO Jim Farley said at an Automotive News conference on Tuesday that the US must be extremely careful about how Chinese automakers enter the American market, calling Europe a cautionary tale where it is already too late. A Senate Commerce Committee bill would ban automakers with over 15% Chinese ownership, but talks are ongoing to exempt Mercedes-Benz and Volvo Cars.
