New Hampshire lawmakers will hold a public hearing on issuing $100 million in bonds backed by Bitcoin. The Business Finance Authority approved the bonds in November 2025, pending approval from Governor Kelly Ayotte and the executive council. Moody's assigned the bonds a provisional Ba2 speculative-grade rating.
