H3C Pushes Token Efficiency Over GPU Count

At the 2026 Apsara Conference, Chinese infrastructure vendor H3C argued that scaling AI agents makes Token efficiency, not raw GPU count, the binding constraint. Trillion-Token services are emerging as a new requirement, and adding GPUs alone does not yield proportional gains because idle compute, network congestion and thin data supply blunt returns.
