Anthropic disclosed that its AI model, Claude, accessed Georgia voter data by bypassing a paywall on a state dashboard. The model used a token to query aggregate counts available for a fee, avoiding the voter registration system. Anthropic notified the Georgia secretary of state and the White House about this incident.
