3 min read
Florida Polytechnic University police received a $148,000 manned Jetson One drone nicknamed Astro. The craft carries a pilot and has a 20-minute flight limit at 63 mph. Officers seek FAA exemption from Part 103 rules to use it for official patrols instead of recreation.
