Meta Ends Quest 2 and Quest 2 Pro Support
4 min read
Meta announced it will discontinue support for the Quest 2 and Quest 2 Pro headsets by the end of 2027. New app submissions close in December 2027, while the final compatible operating system version 2.13 arrives in March 2027. Quarterly security patches continue through the end of 2027 before critical bug fixes cease, leaving users without updates after that date.
