Lawmakers push for mandatory smart glasses recording lights

Pennsylvania State Rep. Joe Ciresi introduced House Bill 2603, requiring smart glasses sold or used in the state to include a visual indicator when recording audio or video. The bill also prohibits obscuring or disabling the indicator and requires retailers to inform customers of state recording laws.
