HardenedBSD published its August/September 2026 status report ahead of quarterly release engineering, detailing a Radicle network vulnerability disclosed on 23 September 2026 that exposes private repositories and leaves most node traffic unencrypted. HardenedBSD says it is not affected because it uses no private Radicle repos and offers a Tor Onion Service endpoint, and it restored GitHub syncing.
