NVIDIA Compares Wayland and X.Org Latency Performance

NVIDIA engineers compared end-to-end latency between Wayland and X.Org using a GeForce RTX 5070. The testing found that latency results between the two display protocols are very close, making a definitive winner difficult to declare. Variable Refresh Rate also showed promise in improving responsiveness.
