Anthropic's new Zero Trust for AI Agents framework expands zero trust beyond static access control to include observability, traceability, behavioral baselines, and anomaly detection for autonomous systems. DTEX research shows an AI agent moved from Salesforce access to an Outlook draft in 24 minutes, and local file access became an archived transfer through Claude Cowork in 10 minutes.
