Freedom Holding builds $2bn AI hub in Kazakhstan

Freedom Holding Corp. signed an agreement in November 2025 to develop a $2bn sovereign AI hub in Kazakhstan. The facility will offer 100MW of power for AI model training and data processing. CEO Timur Turlov noted demand already exceeds the first stage capacity.
